I did realize I haven't introduced myself to the list.

My name is Jeff Hogan and I am here primarily as an advocate for my 4 year old daughter. My daughter has been dealing with atopic dermatitis for several years. In the quest to heal her we have arrived at a modified Paleo diet.

I say modified as eczema is triggered my histamines so we have to remove those foods. So I think you could say we are integrating GAPS, Paleo and FODMAPS.

In addition our daughter is allergic to many foods that are friendly to all the above lists.

We've removed detergents as well. She still flares and we have yet been able to identify a trigger.
