I was shopping in my local QFC (Greater Seattle area) and found some new delicious cookies. The brand is Simply Sharies, and I bought Shortbread bite size cookies as well as Fudge Brownies bite size cookies. These are some of the best gf cookies that I have ever tasted.

I have no association with this company--never heard of it until I bought this scrumptious dessert.
