Hi Everyone,

I received 2 responses to my question of reliable gluten free restaurants in The Villages, FL. Here they are:

1. I don't know the name of the restaurant, but while visiting there, our friend
took us to one inside The Villages and I had a gluten free meal.

2. Go to www.gluten.net, click on Programs and then on Chef to Plate or
Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program. Both will give you listings of
Restaurants. If you need help with finding someone locally, send an email to
[log in to unmask]

I hope this helps.
