I recently went to a restaurant with a group of friends - chosen for it's
five star reviews. I asked if they had a gluten free menu or if I could
speak with the chef to see what I could eat....the waitress told me I could
have anything on the menu except the ravioli's......there were many dishes
served with pasta and I asked if I could substitute rice or a potato and was
told they have gluten free pasta!.....lovely.....but I am ever the
skeptic.....but it was great - no problems with anything that I ate~!

Everyone was chatting and dipping their Italian bread in garlic and pesto
sauce when gluten free rolls appeared by my side - and -they were delicious!

Everyone loved their meals - and I was thrilled - great gluten free food,
knowledgeable waitresses, limited desserts - mid-pricing for the food....the
waitress said over half of their clientele asks for gluten free foods.
