Has anyone discovered a bread that has the same taste/texture of the Sami's Bakery Plain Millet Bread that is safe for Celiacs? I saw that Udi's has a new Millet-Chia Ancient Grain Bread and Food For Life has a Rice Millet Bread. However, neither of them lists millet flour as their first or second ingredient and the Udi's doesn't actually use millet flour, just millet seed. So I am wondering if they are as good as the Sami's (my daughter is the celiac, and she is not eating the Sami's).

Alternatively, does anyone have a good recipe for a similar bread?

Thanks!
