Agreed.  I work out using dumbbells cycler, and a floor mat,  My body is in
much better tune and I am more active now than a year ago.  I am wondering,
Kathy Jo, if there are any physical therapists at your facility - if so, can
you and your doctor set up a fitness program so you can stay in shape
better?   It does help.
