I usually use Thunderbird to manage my Gmail. I have brought up the
mobile interface on my Nokia cell phone, and it's actually pretty nice,
although you can't get to all of the features. I know next to nothing
about the web interface otherwise though.

I use Google Calendar all of the time, and I find it accessible,
although I guess I know a few of the tricks. I use it with Orca and
Firefox, but I suspect everything I do with Orca can be done and done
easier with JAWS. If you have any specific questions, let me know.

I also use Google Docs quite a bit. I use it with Chrome and ChromeVox.
I don't find it very accessible with Orca, NVDA or JAWS. I also use the
command line interface with Ubuntu to download the documents I need to
spend more time with and then work with them in Libre Office. Again, I
assume you could do this with Windows and MS Office.
