Because System access treats forwards as attachments, most of us probably 
missed the email from your tech.  Basically what he says is that your hard 
drive is too full and you're running with too little memory.  There are 
things you could possible do with that drive, cleaning it off from anything 
you don't need any more might help.  As for memory, it's cheap enough, but 
loading it into an older computer with issues can be problematic.
