Hi Georges

One caution: the technology to do this is one issue. In many places in 
the US it is illegal to record a phone conversation without the consent 
of all parties to the conversation. I am not a lawyer and would not 
want to speculate about several issues that come to mind as far as 
Skype and international conversations, but I would recommend proceeding 
with caution.
