How about Handihams, Tom?
Years ago I bought a taped copy of the antenna book, I think from 
them.  And I still have that book somewhere but off hand I don't know 
where.  I'll look a bit and if I find it, you're welcome to copy or 
keep it.  But it may be pretty well hidden.  We've moved at least once then.
