Hi
One thought that hit me is that a person might develop a line of
sighted friendly meters, SWR, WATT, FREQ, Antenna Analyzer, and so on. These
meters could then have a slot where one could slide in a voice chip.
Something like the various voice chips from Kenwood and icom.
By doing this one could develop a set of meters with wide appeal and
lower cost. Yet, there would still be the accessibly features that blind
people want.
