Why don't you try contacting the developer for support? Maybe he can help
you. Go have another look at the web site.

Subject: Re: validation of call sign for echo link

Hello,
I tried to subscribe to echo link and it didn't work. first of all, I tried
with my call sign. I realize my license is under the name bill which I used
for everything back in the 1970's. my credit cards are under the name
William. so I realize this could be a problem. anyway, 1 dollar was
charged to my account. I checked the next day. yesterday morning about 10
a.m. I went to the UPS store and faxed in a copy of my license with the
cover sheet that was supposed to be used that I downloaded. it is now 2
p.m. and I haven't heard anything back I have checked my e-mail and nothing
heard. So I guess echo link isn't to be.
