Oh, the lightning arrester is outside.  It'll go on the outside of the breakout
box.  When I bought it they told me to definitely put it outside but as close to
the house as possible.

I actually did have the picture in my mind of lightning coming right back up
into the radio.  Not a very pretty picture, either!
