Keith:
The TS480 speaks all button functions and menu items. I canpt compare it
with the TS2000, since I have never owned one, but the TS480 is the most
blind friendly HF rig I have owned up to this point.
I place it on the same level of accessibility as the Kenwood TMV71A
dual-band rig.
I can do everything I need to do independently without the need for any
sighted assistance whatsoever.
I have two TS480's, and the only reason I'm selling one is to upgrade to the
TS590 base rig.
