Hi Gary, yes they are very costly.  In Alfas advertisement they say to call 
and find out if they would have what you would want.  To activate the tuning 
process you just hit the dit  or dash on key or start talking and they tune 
without doing anything.  But for most folks new brices are too much which is 
close to 8 K for the 9500.   73
