On their website is a section about Nutrition where it lists
allergens. Although the bakery is primarily for sandwiches, pizza and
bakery items, they do have a number of salads. The salads without wheat are
D.C. Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Seasonal Fruit Medley, Mixed Green Salad,
Egg Salad, Southwest Avocado Wedge, Sante Fe Ranch, and Chopped Salad. They
use Kraft Mayonnaise (GF). However, only oil and vinegar salad dressings
are appropriate; all the rest have wheat, the manager at the West U location
told me.
