Peter,
Two options.
Number one. Open the start menu and type download.
Number two. Open the Internet and press control Jay. Tab to the List of downloads. It should tell your download and then say open containing folder. All you should have to do is press enter. If not, applications key on the file and down arrow to open containing folder then press enter.
