Hi:

Thanks to those who gave me Microsoft's accessibility number.  My 
wife ended up calling there three times, and learned, among other 
things, that Windows 8's magnification program more than meets 
her needs.  They also helped her with difficulties she had 
experienced installing Microsoft Office and other programs and 
helped her figure out its Narrator program.  While the wait times 
were pretty bad, she was really pleased with the service.
