Hi all this is becky H. I am using system access and windows 7. I went 
to do a repair because I needed to fix something on the conputer. I got 
this message Internal Error
An unexpected error occurred and has been logged. Please report this to 
Serotek technical support immediately.

CLose what does this mean?  I am using satogo for now. in this way I 
can have speach for my conputer. what does the message mean. now it is 
asking me to install it Here is what I get when I try to install it
