I haven't done this before, and I'm not sure what version of Windows
you're using or what screen reader, but Googling around, it looks like
you should be able to open your CD drive in Windows Explorer and then
there should be an erase disk option. It looks like deleting specific
files is pretty much the same with any disk. The following URL looks
