Doesn't this get cleaned out when you rung Start Menu -> All Programs ->
Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Clean? I'd also recommend programs
like EasyCleaner or CCleaner if you want to keep things from building up
and slowing your Windows system down.

If you really want to get rid of your My Recent Documents folder then
there may be a setting in a tool like Tweak UI. I'm sure you could find
something in Google if it exists.
