>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
>• Responds to telephone calls requesting technical support
>• Responds to email requests for tech support
>• Identifies, researches, and resolves
>technical problems, referring more complex
>problems to a supervisor or products escalation staff
>• Logs and tracks calls using trouble ticket database
>• Follows instructions and pre-established
>guidelines to perform the functions of the job

>• Experience using, configuring and troubleshooting -

>* Windows Operating Systems
