Subject:	I can't reset some folder views in Outlook 2007.

Hi.

I've had this problem since I got JAWS 11.  When I first got JFW, it wasn't
reading the subjects of messages when I arrowed through the list in Outlook
2007.  I called Freedom Scientific, and they told me they were aware of the
problem.  Three months later I still hadn't heard from FS, so I called them
back.  They told me to go into the current views menu, and reset the view in
the customize dialogue box.  This fixed my In box, but I can't reset other
folders.  They show the reset option as unavailable.

Anybody have any thoughts on this problem?  I don't think it's JAWS related,
but I'm willing to be proven wrong.
