I haven't used ticket Master in a while either, but one of the issues I
remember was having trouble choosing seats. A sighted friend and I were
going to an event. It was my job to buy the tickets, so he told me what rows
and sections he'd like me to get for us. when I got on the site, I think I
could get general areas, like orchestra seating, but I don't think I could
get more specific, even when my friend came over and tried to go through the
site with me. It's possible this has changed between then and now.
