My 12 year old niece, not blood related, has been having frequent stomach aches. She had an upper endoscopy which showed "Markers" for celiac, but her blood work was normal. Any ideas or thoughts? Her parents and pediatric GI are considering taking her off gluten, since she said she feels better without it. She was eating gluten frequently at the time of the tests.
