Our daughter who lives there assures me I should be OK when we visit this summer, but it has been awhile since anyone asked on this list about dining out in Panama City, Panama.  She has sourced some groceries and is practicing her GF rap (in spanish) for restaurants for me.

Nevertheless, I'll be happy to hear about anyone's recent experience there.
