If gluten is cut from the diet the test will not be accurate. Please ask the test provider how long gluten has to be added back. Adding gluten back can cause health problems and discomfort for the individual. I do not reccommend doing this if the symptoms are severe. Testing is not essential if symptoms dissappear by cutting gluten.
