Hi, my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in her thirties. She lives in California, I live in MD. When she visits I try to prepare things of her to eat and adjust recipes so that they are gf. My concern, of course, is that I am cooking in a kitchen that is not gf. I do not have Celiac Disease. I try to be careful but isn't there the risk of contamination. I do believe if my daughter does have gluten she has more stomach discomfort than anything else. It still concerns me.

Marlene
