I've never promoted a gluten-free product to the group before, but this
flour, though outrageously expensive (I think 3 lbs are $18 or $20 is a
miracle. We made a James Beard potato bread that we used to make
pre-celiac and I was in heaven.
So, expensive and only available at Wms. Sonoma (or perhaps on line), but
what a treat.
