Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have a good diet plan for losing weight??
Before I became a Celiac I was always around 112 - 120 lbs, which was really good for me and I felt terrific. Since becoming a Celiac I have put on 43 lbs (in 8 years) and I can no longer control my weight. My doctor has told me I need to lose at least 35lbs for health sake (I have also gone up in dress size from a 2 to a 12). I have counted calories, that did not work did not lose 1lb. I have tried Hallelujah Diet, and Fit for Life programs and only put on more weight. I have had my thyroid checked and it is working fine!
Anyone know of a good diet plan for Celiacs that works! I do not eat any GF bread, cakes, cookies or pasta. I do eat a lot of vegetables, fish and salads. My husband and I are also big fans of juicing!
