The A+ certification is a Comptia certification that will qualify one to work as an entry level help desk support person. CBT and Skillsoft is the resource that NIB uses for training and the practice tests.

> HI everyone, I don’t know if there is anyone on this list who is looking to take the test for A+ certifications, and are using CBT training, but I found some issues and solutions that may be of some help to someone. I had been having trouble accessing the materials that I need to study so I can take my 220901 A+ exam. However, there have been lots of changes to the page, and I just spent around 2 hours with technical support. When I had tried to access review material before, I had clicked on my plan and many other links, but in doing some trouble shooting the only thing I needed to click on was the catalog button which is right when I first logged into the page. There are other ways of getting to this material that are not accessible as the site uses some programs that are not compatible with JAWS at this time.
