You might try the mobile YouTube website. It's
m.youtube.com
so when you go to a video you want, you might try hitting F6, then
typeing the letter M followed by a period in front of the URL, and
pressing enter.
I haven't tried it, so I don't know if there's an accessible Skip Ad
button, like there is on the Android app, but it's worth a shot.
