I think that's what I ultimately might do, since as I noted earlier this
morning, it seems to be the easiest.

Glad you got it connected. I haven't chimed in on setting the memories
via software, since I never do it that way. I just operate from the
front panel, and save in the software to allow me to restore in the
event of some problem down the line. I may sometimes go into the
software just to confirm various settings at a glance, or maybe tweak a
particular item, but otherwise I do everything from the front panel.
