I happen to have access to one of these. Our club won it last year from a
short wave ham oriented show on field day.
For what it is, it gets the job done. I wouldn't recommend it for qrp
operation, but I used it last year in the scandinavia contest doing a demo
for an emergency preparedness fare.
Running about 80 watts from an icom ic 751a knocked off 9 countries in about
30 minutes on 20 meters.
setup and takedown is quick and smooth. However, I think its a bit pricy
for what it is.
It is a heavily loaded vertical dipole with capacity hats. It is well made,
and a blind op can very easily assemble or disassemble it by your self.
However, around $400 seems a bit much.
