 Suffolk County Celiacs (Long Island, NY) Support Group to hold 1st meeting
of 2011
 The Suffolk County Celaics, a local support group (branch of the Gluten
Intolerance Group <http://www.gluten.net/>(GIG)), is holding its first
meeting of the year on February 1, 2011. Support Group meetings are held the
first Tuesday of every month (except January and August) at the West Islip
Community Center and begin at 7:30pm.

February’s meeting will be discussing the topic "Is it really gluten-free?"
“We've all noticed the increase in gluten-free products, gluten-free
companies and gluten-free restaurants, BUT are they really adhering to the
rules for gluten-free?”  In addition, the guest vendor will be Joan Popkin
from Joan’s GF Great Bakes <http://www.gfgreatbakes.com/> who will be on
hand with samples of her awesome pizza and calzones.
New members are always welcome!
