Any celiac out there ever taken the blood tests or done the written test ( or both) and gone on the Metabolic Type diet.  This is the one I am referring to:https://www.ultralifeinc.com/

I am not interested in a weight loss program.  I am curious and inquiring about their testing for foods for celiacs.
