Hello all,
I'm looking for an easy-to-find and affordable commercially prepared enchilada sauce.  Does anyone know of a gluten-free brand?  I get a great one at the natural foods market here that specifies that it is gluten free, but it costs 5 dollars a jar, and I'd like to find something a little cheaper.  My family is on an enchilada kick, so I think I'll be making them fairly often.
