Until 2 months ago I was getting monthly reports from Norton that I could
read with the help of JAWS. 	But now I'm getting monthly windows called
Norton and Norton Monthly Report that seem entirely blank, whether I use
the JAWS cursor or the PC cursor.

  Any suggestions will be welcome.
