Thank you Flora for your help.  I just wish that the website would have 
told me regarding tapin radio.  I still think that makers of these 
programs must, and i do emphacise must, have adequate documentation 
regarding their programs.  I'm so enflamed, that i'm going to contact 
the attorney general, the ftc,the bbb, and anyone else i can.  It's 
ridiculous, frustrating, and uncalled for.   One good thing came out of 
all of this. Thanks to Flora, i can now use tapin radio.
