Thanks Ron. Thankfully, we do not have any of the symptoms or issues
mentioned such as pain, inflammation, candida or yeast etc. I've been a nut
lover for nearly half a century (although the past decade I rarely eat peanuts
or peanut butter because it's really a legume and not a true nut) but I've
lowcarbed for so long that perhaps that keeps unwanted yeasties in check. I
haven't eaten any cheese in ages but when I did -- I loved all cheese and
especially the stinky moldy ones. I did notice some water retention from
cheese prior to paleo so maybe it was the mold that affected me and not dairy
proteins. I had never seen mold on a macamia nut before.
