programming the wouxun radios

Hey guys,
I've got the duol band wouxun radio that does vhf, and uhf.
I know it can go in this frequency range.  Trying to program in a frequency
of 471.9125 and can't get it to go in to save my life.
What's the secret with setting the step, or is the software accessible?
