Elecraft has asked that we let you know about Texter, a program that controls an Elecraft K3 and displays its operating parameters so they can be read by your screen reader. Since there isn't built-in voice annunciation of menus and other operating parameters of the K3, Texter fills that need. Unfortunately, the plans to include built-in voice feedback didn't work out, owing to a lack of availability of the original components, and replacement ones weren't up to the job. 

Anyway, since most shacks have a PC now, this should do what folks need to operate the K3.
