Hello,  I thought of that but when I went to the web page I didn't find a 
link for tech support.  maybe I wasn't looking in the wright place.  usually 
when there is something wrong the problem is me.  anyway, should I try 
faxing the information again?  it only costs about 3 dollars to do so.
