Not true at all. I'm an "old ham", got my general in 1968 and have been
using computers since 1983. AT least when you use it, you're using an
ht I wasn't going to post any more, but I am an old ham as mentioned
abovve and enjoy merging the technologies. What is the name of that
program where you get on line and the screen even looks like a radio and
you talk to other people using the same thing, and they call it radio
even though it is nothing more than voice over ip.
