Huh. Are you sure? One feature or the other (skip scan, or the transmit inhibit on busy channels) can only be set from the computer programming software. I thought my memory tells me that it's the transmit inhibit that can only be set from the computer, in which case busy channel lockout is what we usually think of it as being. However, my memory could be wrong, as I set up the inhibit transmit thingy and skip scan on all the weather channels. Both done ages ago, and I don't remember which one required the use of computer programming software.
