You need to go to irlp.net.  I'd suggest using their special distributed 
cd as it is tailored to i r l p.  Traphic stuff screws a lot of irlp 
stuff, and you won't get any support from the installs team if you role 
your own.  Some do,, but you really have to know what you are doing. 
I've set up several nodes, haven't bothered with echo link, as I have no 
interested in that.  You'll need sighted help to get the original cd 
installed so the Linux box is seen on the network, but from then on you 
can do it all with a program called winscp for moving and editing files, 
and a terminal program.
