I haven't kept up on amps at all, is this a tube amp with auto tune? I
don't know if you could find a used one, but I have had a magnus, later
was called metron for 30 years or so. The thing seems indestructable.
I've had it on the wrong bands, high swr and all and it just keeps on
ticking. Takes only 50 watts drive as I recall, but I always drive it
with a hundred or so and it puts out around 600. It is a mobile amp and
pulls 80 amps at 12 volts.
