I used the web ferret, which is now free ware.
It puts your search matches in a list view, you click or as we say "press 
enter" on the link you want, and it goes gets your browser, and takes you to 
the page.
No cashed no similar pages, no crap.
It's still around, but the phone and e-mail ferrets are no more.
