Fish, even the flesh of so called fatty fish, is actually low in  
fat.  For instance, the fat in raw coho salmon is only about 35% of  
calories (the other 65% of course being protein).  I've made the  
argument here before that if you had no source of food other than  
wild salmon you'd eventually die of "rabbit starvation."
