Hi Howard,
I was drooling over the Kenwood but I wouldn't have the green stamps
until later this month. Even then Well, you know how money is always
budgeted ahead of time. So, I wasn't sure if the fellow would be willing to
wait that long... I love the receive capabilities on that radio.

God bless 73,
Mark

Hi Mark,

I have not used the radio in question so I can't speek to its accessibility,

however, the Kenwood THF6A is a fine radio. You can tell where you are to
some extent by the tones and beeps that the radio emits. It is programible
with software from Kenwood. There is one for sale on this list for a great
price. There is also some tutorials for this radio on the HandiHam website.

I think its worth looking at.

Howard, W A 9 Y B W
